Leo was always surrounded by passion and inspiration. His whole family was in sports and music. His father always told him: whatever you do - do it with passion and dedication. So he played piano and drums, he traveled, learned different languages and worked as a bartender part time. He realized that as a bartender you need passion, patience, dedication and craft, just like a musician. So he took all his passion from the music and put it into gastronomy. Food, drinks, design, style - he loves the interplay of every single component. For Leo it’s all connected in a fascinating way. On his journey he always visited bars, restaurants, cafes and hotels all over the world.
Thomas is a nationally and internationally renowned bartender who has been in the hospitality business for almost 15 years. During his time in Frankfurt, he and his teams won 3 Mixology Bar Awards, an unprecedented number of short list nominations in various award ceremonies and german accolades.In addition his work was honoured twice at the prestigous Tales Of The Cocktail Spirited Awards, anually held in New Orleans with nominations as "Best European Cocktail Bar" and "World's Best Hotel Bar". His approach to create a cocktail is creative and innovative – using techniques like rotary evaporation, fermentation, maceration or sous vide, in order to add more intense flavor into the drink- or in this particular case - into the bottle.
